TradioChart is a read-only analytics and notification service. It does not execute trades, manage assets, provide brokerage services, or provide individualized investment, legal, or tax advice.

Digital assets, derivatives, and leveraged positions can lose value rapidly and can be liquidated. Historical performance, volatility scores, alert outcomes, and leverage-impact estimates do not predict future results. You remain responsible for every trading decision.

Alerts can be delayed, duplicated, unavailable, or based on stale or incomplete upstream data. Do not rely on TradioChart as the only method of monitoring a position, liquidation risk, take profit, or stop loss.

You must be at least 18, protect your login and notification topic, complete required multi-factor authentication, and use the service lawfully. Connect only public addresses you are permitted to monitor and do not attempt to bypass rate limits or access another user's private notes or settings.

TradioChart is currently a beta service and can change or become unavailable without notice. Third-party services, including Hyperliquid, Clerk, Render, and ntfy, can affect availability and are governed by their own terms.

These terms are an operational beta disclosure, not a substitute for review by qualified counsel. Legal review and an operational support contact are required before unrestricted public enrollment.
