Data TradioChart processes

TradioChart stores your authentication identifier, connected public Hyperliquid addresses, imported public trading activity, derived performance analytics, alert settings, notification history, and notes you add to trade actions.

TradioChart does not request wallet private keys and does not submit trades or withdrawals.

How data is used

Data is used to display account history, calculate performance and risk metrics, synchronize public market activity, deliver requested alerts, prevent abuse, and operate the service.

Service providers

TradioChart relies on Clerk for authentication, Render for application and database hosting, ntfy for push delivery, and Hyperliquid public APIs for market and account data. These providers process data under their own terms and privacy policies.

Alert messages can include a market symbol and profit, loss, or risk information. Keep your private ntfy topic URL confidential.

Retention and deletion

Disconnecting an address removes your private notes, alert rules, and access relationship. Public market and address activity can remain if another user tracks the same public address. Deleting your TradioChart login initiates deletion of user-linked settings and private data. Provider backups can retain deleted records for their normal backup lifecycle.

Security and contact

TradioChart uses authenticated access, required multi-factor authentication in production, encrypted network connections, scoped database queries, and rate limits. No system can guarantee absolute security.

Privacy and deletion questions can be sent to privacy@tradioapp.com. This address must be operational before public enrollment opens.
